The TP18 is a small and single phase driven mixing pump which works with any common preblended dry mortars up to 3mm grain size. 

Besides this it can be used as a worm pump to process wet mortars and paste-like materials, too.

The TP18 is best at processing of:

• gypsum
• lime-cement mortar
• cement mortar
• self-levelling underlayment
• levelling compounds
• bonding and reinforcement mortars
• finish and decoration coatings
• filler
• etc.

When using the function of a mixing pump the mixing and dosing shaft in the bottom of the hopper is pushing the preblended dry mortar into the mixing chamber, where the adjustable metering device will add automatically water to continuously prepare a wet mortar mixture pumped with the worm pump fixed at the end of the mixing tube. 

When using the TP18 as a pump for wet mortar or paste-like materials just switch from „mixing pump“ to „pump“, so no water will be added in the mixing chamber and the pump speed is now infinitely adjustable. 

The TP18-230V can be ordered with a special port to connect with the Cleverpac solution.

Additionally available is the TP18K version in 230V or 400V with constant speed only.
